Before You Start
Make sure you’re using the same email you used when you signed up.
Use an updated browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
If using a phone, open the portal link in your browser.
Check your inbox (and spam) for any activation emails.
If you have duplicate accounts, contact us here.
1. Look for Your Welcome / Activation Email
This email is automatically sent after you sign up.
It say's “Access Granted”
If you don’t see it, check Spam, Promotions, or search your inbox.
2. Click the Activation Link
You’ll find a button or link that says something like "Access Your Course Now"
Click it once—this will take you to the password creation page.
3. Create Your Password
Choose a secure password.
Save it somewhere safe (your future self will thank you!).
4. Go to the Portal
5. Log In
Enter your email + the password you just created.
Hit Log In and you’re in!
6. Explore Your Dashboard
Look for “Complete Course” or your level’s access.
Take your time and explore—you've just stepped into your Zouk OC home.
Go to my.zoukoc.com
Enter your email + password.
Click Log In.
You’ll find a button or link that says something like “Complete Course”
(Optional) Click Remember Me if you're on a private device.
You’ll be back in your courses in seconds.
It happens to the best of us—here’s what to do.
Go to my.zoukoc.com
Click Forgot Password.
Enter your registered email.
Check your inbox for the reset link.
Create a new password.
Log back in.
If no email arrives within 5–10 minutes:
Check Spam / Promotions
Search your inbox for “password reset”
